Your Reasons
PROTECTING YOUR VOICE
Public or Private sector employees can unionize in the workplace, expressing their right to assemble and freedom of speech under the 1st amendment right. Let USUA Labor Associate be the ones to show you how to express your Amendment Rights!
Things to consider:
- Because the union is your exclusive representative, the collective bargaining agreement will apply to you regardless of whether you become or remain a member.
- Public sector employees no longer must pay a union to keep their jobs. But can pay themselves to become a union or seek labor represenetation using USUA SRP1.
- Finding that yor current union favors one part of the bargaining unit over others
- Feeling that your current union neglects its responsibilities
- Shwoing current union members that the current union is excessively political
- Current union or representatives cannot be bothered with enforcing contract provisions.

See specific details on terms, coverage, pricing, conditions, and exclusions in this website's Personal Labor Plans or Clients Union Corporation. USUA provides access to labor services offered by a network of provider law firms to USUA members through membership-based participation. Neither USUA nor its officers, employees, or sales associates directly or indirectly provide legal services, representation, or advice. USUA officers, employees, or association delegates do, will, and provide labor representation following a litmus test, practicing Weingarten rights, Garrity rights, 1st Amendment, 5th Amendment, and all civil service laws of New York State and New York City. USUA will provide the best care by following and exercising NYS Taylor law for each civil service member, client, or union.
